Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you'll find important information about how we handle shipping for our products. Please read carefully to understand the process and options available.

1. Shipping for Prints

 

  • All prints are unframed and ship in a flat, rigid envelope to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

 

2. Shipping for Stickers

 

  • Orders that only include stickers will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (a stamp on an envelope), which does not include tracking

  • If you would like to add tracking, please select the appropriate option at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. 

  • If you live in another country and would like to place an order, please email us at hantone.hanna@gmail.com for assistance.

4. Processing Time

 

  • Each order has a processing time of up to ten (10) days. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is in addition to this processing time.

  • Most orders are shipped far faster than processing time, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

  • We understand this may be longer than you're used to, especially when ordering from larger retailers. As a small business where all orders are printed on demand and packed by hand, we deeply appreciate your patience. We promise the wait will be worth it!

 

5. Refunds & Returns

  • In the event of a returned or refunded order, shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
